By accessing or using our products and services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

2. Device Use & Your Responsibilities

Our hardware wallets are designed for secure cryptocurrency storage. By purchasing and using them, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Safeguard your recovery phrases, private keys, and access codes
• Avoid modifying, reverse engineering, or tampering with the hardware
• Accept full responsibility for all transactions conducted
• Verify transaction details carefully before confirming
• Keep device firmware updated for security enhancements

You acknowledge that securing your digital assets is ultimately your responsibility.

3. Account Registration & Security

Some services may require account creation. When registering, you must:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Keep login credentials confidential and report any unauthorized access
• Not share your account with others
• Understand that violations may result in account suspension or termination

Users must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in their jurisdiction.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform—including software, graphics, trademarks, and text—is owned by Mixtrin Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive limited permission for personal use only and may not:

• Copy, distribute, or publicly display proprietary content
• Use our trademarks or logos without permission
• Create derivative works or attempt to reverse engineer code

Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and legal action.

5. Limitation of Liability

Cryptocurrency transactions involve inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mixtrin Inc. is not liable for damages including but not limited to:

• User errors or device malfunctions
• Unauthorized access due to compromised credentials
• Lost funds from misplaced recovery information
• Network outages, blockchain forks, or protocol changes
• Market volatility affecting cryptocurrency values
• Third-party wallet or exchange failures
• Damage from improper use or accidents

Products are provided "as is" without warranties. Total liability is limited to the purchase price. Some jurisdictions may not allow these limitations.

6. Data Privacy

We respect your privacy and collect only necessary information as described in our Privacy Policy. Your private keys and recovery phrases remain exclusively under your control and are never stored by our systems. We implement robust security measures to protect collected data.

7. Prohibited Activities

Our services may not be used for illegal purposes, including but not limited to:

• Criminal activities under applicable laws
• Violating economic sanctions or trade restrictions

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by Ohio state law. Disputes will be resolved through:

• Mandatory arbitration under American Arbitration Association rules if negotiation fails
• Courts in Franklin County, Ohio, where arbitration is not applicable
• Waiver of participation in class action lawsuits

Arbitration is the preferred method for dispute resolution.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion. After termination:

• Account access will be immediately revoked
• Data may be permanently deleted
• Outstanding obligations remain in effect
• Intellectual property and liability provisions survive termination
